We first stepped into Je T’aime Coiffure at Galleria in Red Bank just a year ago, a hair and beauty salon situated inside of the Galleria. The sprawling location has a unique look, but more importantly, talented hair stylists, passionate employees looking to serve its clients, and leadership from an industry professional.
That industry professional is Xhanan Villa, who happens to also be the owner of the salon. Interestingly enough, she’s also the owner of Je T’aime Coiffure Hair Design in Matawan, which was the first original salon she opened up — eventually opening the Galleria location later on.
While she has devoted much of her time between her professional career with the L’Oreal Professional family and managing her original location in Matawan, she recently sat down to us to talk about her new journey. This journey consists transferring her team at the Matawan location over to the Red Bank one.
This, of course, will allow Villa to focus on building relationships with Red Bank and the surrounding locations.
