Red Bank’s brewery scene is booming, with arguably the biggest one being Triumph Brewing Company, which located in the busy area of the west side in Red Bank.
We stopped by to check out the brewery once again, and for this particular visit, we tried out the following menu items below.
- White Cosmo: St. Geroge Citrus Vodka, St. Germain, lime and white cranberry juice, simple syrup, lime wedge.
- Black Lager: 5.1% ABV A light, crisp, black German lager with subtle roasted notes.
- Maine Whitewater Mussels: thai red curry or mariniere, fries
- Potato Gnocchi: brussels sprouts, wild mushrooms, carrots, butter, pecorino
