After its long-awaited grand opening back in November, you’ve probably seen quite a steady stream of patrons going in-and-out of Triumph Brewing Company in Red Bank.
We haven’t popped in since its official grand opening, but we ended up making a second trip to see what’s new and different. Some of the menu items have remained unchanged, but there are some minor changes. For this recent visit, we tried out of the following items below.
- Grilled Cheese – goatmilk gouda, gruyere, oven-dried tomato, multi-grain sourdough
- Cheeseburger – aged cheddar, oven-dried tomato, black pepper mayonnaise, fries
- Winter White Cosmo
- Irish Dry Stout
