The Red Bank Public Library and local non-profit Project Write Now are collaborating for a new remote adult writing program that are slated to occur every second and fourth Monday of each month starting now through the end of the year.

Do you crave time to explore your thoughts and feelings through writing? Never has the time been more right for journaling, one of the best personal development tools around! Using guided prompts, we invite you into the storytelling mindset, helping you process emotions and experiences. All you have to do is go with the flow, allow yourself to open up, and see what comes through to the page. Studies have shown that reflective writing enhances resilience, improves moods, and increases coping skills.
Jennifer Shields is a licensed professional counselor, who has been listening to other people’s sacred stories for more than 25 years. With her guidance, participants will have opportunities to cultivate and read their writing. No writing experience necessary.
