The Brodie Fund held its annual fundraising event, ‘A Night to Knockout Pet Cancer,’ at the Whitechapel Projects in Long Branch this past Thursday, March 5, honoring the oncology team from Red Bank Veterinary Hospital and restauranteur/philanthropist Marilyn Schlossbach.
It also helped to bring awareness and raise money to families with pets fighting cancer. Featuring live music, lite bites, gift baskets for auction, the event paid tribute to all of its supporters. Special guest emcee, Brian O’Halloran, who’s been in many of Kevin Smith’s films, was spot-on delivering jokes and introducing many of the organizers.

Founder and director of The Brodie Fund, Sally Williams, talked about many of the grant recipients from the program, how the funds helped them and their respective families, and toasted the honorees at the night’s conclusion.
Don’t forget to check out all the photos from the event, including our short video above that highlights the event.
