You’ll want to join 26 West on the Navesink for its upcoming Cognac for a Cure event on Wednesday, January 8, where you’ll taste several lite bites paired with different kinds of cognac — all to benefit the local chapter of the American Cancer Society.
Join us on Wednesday, January 8th for a night of food and drinks for a great cause! A portion of the proceeds will benefit the local chapter of the American Cancer Society.
The menu for the night will include:
– A Welcome Toast of Ca’Maiol Lugana
– Remy Martin Tercet Paired with a Pineapple and Scallop Ceviche
– Remy Martin VSOP and a Duck Confit Salad with Dried Cranberries and Walnuts
– Remy Martin 1738 Mojito Paired With Lamb in a Mojito Sauce with Purple Sweet Potatoes
