Clean Ocean Action’s continuing efforts to monitor and restore the Navesink River comes in the form of its water quality sampling program.
The non-profit organization has two dates coming up, where you’re invited to take part in these water quality sampling volunteer trainings. Either on September 19th or October 3rd, you’ll learn how to conduct these sampling tests to help better determine the Navesink’s pollution levels.

These trainings will be held at the Monmouth Boat Club in Red Bank at 5:30 PM on both September 19th and October 3rd. If you’re interested, you can RSVP to projects@cleanoceanaction.org.
And remember to save the date for the next Rally for the Navesink meeting, which will be on September 27th.
