Places to watch fireworks around the greater Red Bank area

The July 4th weekend is quickly approaching, so that means it’s time to start on your plans for watching some of the fireworks celebrations that are happening in the greater Red Bank area. While Red Bank itself won’t be having any sort of fireworks celebrations, there are still some other exciting plans going on over the weekend – like the symphony in the park.

Don’t worry though, just because we’ve done all the work and have aggregated a list of places to watch fireworks over the July 4th weekend. Most of the places in our list are local, covering places mostly in Monmouth and Ocean counties.

So without further ado, here are all the places in the greater Red bank area that’ll be celebrating with fireworks. Just make sure to plan accordingly, so you know where to park and get the best views! We’ve tried to list them in chronological order, just to make the planning easier if you intend on going to multiple places!

July 1st

  • 7:30 PM: Manasquan, NJ on the main beach. Festivities, including music by Billy Lawlor, from 7:30 to 10 p.m. Rain date July 2. Labor Day fireworks, Sept. 2, on the beach, preceded by music by 9 South. Rain date Sept. 3. manasquan-nj.com.

July 2nd

  • 6:30 PM Freehold, NJ at Freehold Raceway, intersection of routes 9 and 33. Rain date July 9. Gates open at 6:30 p.m., with live music from NRG from 7 to 9 p.m. Local radio stations WJRZ and WRAT will provide patriotic music during the fireworks display. July 3rd
