The day has finally arrived! The Boondocks Fishery’s brand-new satellite location over on the west side of Red Bank, dubbed the Boondocks Fishery 2-Go, has officially opened its doors for business. Yes, you can swing by the location right now and order some of your favorite dishes.
We swung by to check out the new spot, the second in Red Bank after the original one down by Marine Park, and spoke with owner Kelly McMurray Ryan. The takeout spot will be open from Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Being one of the most popular summertime destinations in Red Bank, this new location means that you can enjoy some of your favorite Boondocks dishes year round — including now in the middle of winter, something you couldn’t do in the past because of it being a seasonal eatery. Best of all, Boondocks Fishery 2-Go will be offering its typical lobster special on Tuesdays ands Wednesdays, where you can snag two lobsters, corn, and potatoes for $29.95.
