Highlands 2020 Holiday Lights Contest is a great way to show off your Community pride and Light up Highlands, this coming holiday season.This contest is open to any residential home within the Highlands Borough limits.Categories to be judged:

The judging event will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Friday, December 18. Those located in Highlands wishing to participate will need to register through the link below by December 17.
