Boo Brew by the Bay shows that Highlands loves its beers

Boo Brew by the Bay was held on Saturday, October 19, over in Highlands at The Seafarer Bar. The Halloween inspired beer festival, presented by the Highlands Business Partnership, shows us that Highlands truly loves its beers!

Given that October was already a busy month for Highlands, seeing that its Oktoberfest event was held not too long ago, Boo Brew by the Bay capped what’s arguably the best fall beer festival around the area. Typically, you’d expect bigger shore towns like Asbury Park or Long Branch to deliver premier beer festivals in the fall, but it’s Highlands that takes the trophy among craft beer enthusiasts.

In addition to the several craft breweries that were in attendance and pouring samples, the Seafarer Bar was the place to be thanks to the live music, social atmosphere, and all-around fun that was evident throughout the event!

The Highlands Business Partnership, which also oversaw the other two events that day, the Highlands Zombie Parade and Howl-O-Ween, has been consistent with its diverse events, ranging from family-friendly events, beer festivals, and even some food-related tastings. If you missed out on the event, then check out all the photos below — including our video above that highlights some of the local breweries that were there!
