Join Michelle Russo of BELLASAMADHI for a unique and meditative tea experience at the Red Bank, Artisan Collective.
The “Way of Tea” (Cha Dao) is an immersive and mindful ceremonial tea practice that will help calm your nervous system and promote a deeper connection with life. Embark with us on this beginner-level enlightening tea journey! Light refreshments will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing.
Also, we are excited to announce that friend and fellow tea-lover, Rob Spinelli, will be offering a special talk at the end of the ceremony to help integrate your tea experience, as well as provide a beautiful tea sample for you to take home. Rob has years of experience with tea exploration and Cha Dao practice, studying with the Global Tea Hut, as well as some unique tea-travel insights. You are in for a treat!
There’s a suggestive donation of $20 for the event, which will be running from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM over at the Artisan Collective’s location on 43 Broad Street in Red Bank, NJ.
