The weather forecast prior to Memorial Day weekend was questionable for the Jersey Shore. Thunderstorms were always threatening to drench the weekend, but luckily that didn’t pan out. The Jersey Shore Food Truck Festival kicked off the Memorial Day weekend in style with its 3-day festival devoted to all-things food trucks!

We stopped by this year’s event, which featured over 45 local food trucks, had a beautiful Saturday to work with. For our visit, we tried out the brews from Wild Bill’s Soda, who was offering some limited edition cups made specifically for the food festival, as well as some tasty pork roll inspired bites from Jersey Roll, which is based out of New Egypt.
Not only were there plenty of food trucks to choose from, but the festival also featured several crafts vendors, horse races, live music, and much more! This is, without question, the largest food truck festival in the Jersey Shore, so if you’re still thinking about plans for Sunday and Monday, think about checking this out!

As always, don’t forget to check out all the photos from our coverage below, as well as our video above!
