The pairing of beer and grilled cheese will collide at an upcoming event on Wednesday, April 25th, as The Cheese Cave and Medusa Stone Fired Kitchen cook up some craft grilled cheese sandwiches paired with brews from Dark City Brewing Company.
We are super excited to be partnering with our terrific friends at Dark City Brewing and Medusa Stone Fired Kitchen to bring you a unique tasting event of Beer and Grilled Cheese!
Join us on Wednesday, April 25th at 7 pm where we will be crafting Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with bread from Medusa and pairing our tasty creations with Dark City brews.

Tickets are available now for $40 per person, so you’ll want to grab them as soon as you can before they’re sold out. This pairing event will be held from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM over at Dark City Brewing Company on 1001 Main Street in Asbury Park, NJ.
