We’re nearing Labor Day Weekend, which means you’ll want to plan accordingly now when it comes to happy hour come Friday!
During our recent on-the-road travel, our stop took us to Long Branch, NJ, right by the beach over at Rooney’s Oceanfront Restaurant. It’s situated right on the boardwalk of Long Branch Beach, which isn’t too far from the busy Pier Village area. Being right by the ocean, it shouldn’t surprise to see that the menu is dominated by seafood cuisine.
Going out for happy hour right after the busy work week on Friday is rewarding by itself, but it’s even more rewarding when it’s done by the beach, which is exactly what we did at Rooney’s. For those wondering, Rooney’s has a happy hour menu Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the bar, which also includes the outdoor one. On Mondays, however, happy hour is available all-night at the inside bar.
During this happy hour excursion, we feasted on a few bites from its happy hour menu. They consist of the following below.
- $3 draft beer
- $7 sangria
- $8 jerk wings
- $9 chicken parmesan sandwich
- $9 shrimp tacos
