If you’ve step into Juanito’s in Red Bank, then you know exactly what’s in store for your taste buds, as this quaint authentic Mexican restaurant will impress you with its flavors.
Located at 159 Monmouth Street, Juanito’s sits at a corner with its facade decked in some vibrant color tones. That translates into the inside of the restaurant, where you’ll find the chairs decked out with the Juanito’s logo.
As for the food, we checked out two items on the house specials menu. The first was the Quesadilla de Mi Barrio, which consists of a spinach tortilla shell stuffed with cheese, chicken, bacon, spinach, and tomatoes served with sour cream. And the other was the Pollo Borracho, grilled chicken breasts topped with a mild tequila, garlic butter, lime sauce, and served with grilled vegetable and rice.
The flavors were just seeping everywhere, so you won’t be disappointed! Lastly, it’s worth pointing out that it’s a BYOB establishment, so make sure to bring along some of your favorite refreshments.
