We bet you didn’t know that Gaetano’s serves brunch, but they do! We stopped by the traditional Italian restaurant, situated at 10 Wallace Street in Red Bank, to see its take on it.
During our visit, we tried out the pancakes with a side of strawberries, but if you really want to be wowed, then we suggest one of the items featured on its specials menu. In this case, they’re the waffle, eggs, and bacon sliders, which are served with an order of house cut country potatoes.
