It’s usually hot and humid during the summertime in Red Bank, so why not treat yourself to a refreshing summer cocktail?
We recently took a trip to Urban Coalhouse in Red Bank to try out its latest summer inspired cocktails! Adding on top of its already existing specialty cocktails on its menu, these three new additions take aim in being cool and refreshing – something that’ll go nicely in cooling you down from the summer heat.
The three new summer cocktails consist of the following:
- The Dog Daze: bullet bourbon, sweet vermouth, aperol, bitters, and a splash of ginger ale.
- La Cabana: Havana club rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, shaken and strained into martini glass, garnished with round slice of lime floating.
- The Flirt: Absolut raspberry vodka, cranberry juice, splash of grenadine, and lemon-lime soda.
