Ah Front Street Trattoria, a downtown Red Bank staple since 1985! Now that’s what we call longevity, but with that comes some unique ideas when it comes to some of their traditional dishes.

At our most recent visit, we were in for a special surprise with The Four Seasons, its speciality pizza that gives you a sampling of their four most popular pies – tomatillo & ploblano pepper, arugula & goat cheese, roasted butternut squash, and margherita! You’ll be awe just like us when it comes to the table!

As for the rest of the dishes, it started off with the Burrata cheese & shaved fennel served with roasted tomato & caponata, ending with the cinniamon biscotti served with chocolate & caramel sauce, and the risotto pudding.
