Opening night for The Boondocks Fishery in Red Bank is May 16th

Now that winter is behind us and warmer weather in our future, it signals the traditional opening night for a Red Bank staple – The Boondocks Fishery. After closing for the season back in September, this seafood joint will once again open its doors for business on the night of Tuesday, May 16th.

Located next to the Navesink River at 1 Wharf Avenue, the celebration for its opening will feature lobster night, which will consist two lobsters, corn, and potatoes. After the fall and winter season, you know that people will be in the mood for some great seafood, so you don’t want to miss out on this event.

If you plan on coming for opening night, just know that it opens up at 4:00 PM, and food will be served until 10:00 PM.
