Red Bank Pulse Spotlight: Dish

If you happen to walk through Red Bank’s business district, Broad Street and some of its branching roads, you’ll find a palatable selection of fine dining restaurants to choose from. Some locales, in fact, feature lavish decorations and signage to draw prospective diners to come in, but don’t let all the glitz and glamor make you overlook some of the other, auspicious alternatives that are there.

Take Red Bank’s very own Dish, situated a little off the corner of Broad Street and White Street. You might’ve walked past it many times not realizing it before, but trust us, it’s something worth venturing out to and checking out. Dish’s unique styling is best described by what’s stated on its website:

You read that right folks, Dish has been in Red Bank since 2004 – going to show the kind of reputation it has amongst restaurant goers. We managed to check it out recently and even got the chance to meet Dish’s founder and executive chef, Anthony Ferrando. Alongside with co-owner Tony Roegiers, Dish offers a palatable culinary experience that’ll satisfy you appetite. Add in the intimate setting of the restaurant, you’ll want to stop by and check it off your list of places to visit in Red Bank.
