If you didn’t know it already, the Red Bank Indie Street Film Festival kicked off yesterday, July 6th, and events centering around it will proceed until July 10th when it comes to a close. Given that the town is heavily involved with the event, we made sure to cover what happened yesterday as the 5-day event kicked it off with a reception, opening film, and the first of many after parties.
The ISFF reception started things off, bringing together folks over at the Count Basie Theatre shortly after 5PM for some drinks and light eats. Entertainment was provided by the one and only Pat Guadagno, an internationally renowned musician who hails from the garden state. Afterwards, opening remarks were handled by ISFF’s founder Jay Webb, just before Morris from America proceeded to play for those in attendance.
Things are really heating up already, and as the weekend gets closer, you can definitely expect a huge buzz around town. Please, don’t forget to check out the schedule of events that’ll be happening throughout the week. And for your enjoyment, you can check out our recap video below!
