The first inaugural event for Winter on Broad Street has come and gone! The weather was a pretty pleasant one for December, allowing families to come into town to enjoy this winter wonderland of sorts.
The main highlights for this event included a giant-sized snow globe, an ice skating rink, an indoor holiday bazaar, and some live music. With Broad Street closed down from White Street all the way down to Monmouth Street, attendees were able to quickly enjoy all the activities that the Red Bank RiverCenter organized event had to offer.
We spoke with RiverCenter’s executive direction, James Scavone, who said ,”We put this together to give people another reason to come into town and experience all that Red Bank has to offer, especially this time of the year. And we hope that for the rest of the season people continue to visit the great Red Bank retailers and shop local.”
If you missed out on the festivities, don’t worry because you can get the recap in our video above, which happens to include a concert performed by students. And don’t forget to check out all the photos below as well! What were some of your memories about this event?
