With restaurants continuing their operations, both outdoors and indoors (with limited capacity), now’s probably the time to enjoy what outdoor dining has to offer because as we head deeper into fall, the temperatures will certainly present a few challenges.
Surf may look like a quaint place located at the corner of Black Point Road and E River Road in Rumson, but that’s the kind of allure that makes it one of those hidden gems. Best of all, they serve up a variety of daily and weekly specials to cover you throughout the week.
