‘The Ocean is Calling’ is Clean Ocean Action’s virtual celebration for 35 years of beach sweeps

With the summer crowds simmering down and visitors depart after the busy season, our local beaches are typically left ravaged by discarded waste and garbage. Due to the challenges of the ongoing pandemic, it’s rather tough trying to coordinate beach sweeps for the cleanup, which is why Clean Ocean Action is doing the next best thing! They’ll be hosting ‘The Ocean is Calling‘ virtual celebration on Thursday, October 22.
