Red Bank’s StreetLife set to return with live music & entertainment, will run throughout the summer

Red Bank’s pedestrian plazas have proven to be huge draws so far, but things are only going to get better because it was recently announced that Red Bank’s StreetLife will commence for its 20th season starting on July 4, and will run every Saturday evening this summer until September.


Red Bank, NJ – June 22, 2020 – The sidewalks of Red Bank continue to come alive with music and entertainment as Red Bank’s StreetLife begins its 20th season. Red Bank RiverCenter has lined up exciting acts for every Saturday evening this summer from the end of June through September, from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m., weather permitting.

Music lovers, families, residents, visitors, and anyone looking for a night on the town are invited to downtown Red Bank to enjoy the great performances. Every Saturday evening, StreetLife will take place in front of various businesses on Broad Street, in to Riverside Gardens Park and on Bridge Avenue and throughout the entire Red Bank business district.

Street Life 2020 kicked off quietly on June 20 alongside the reopening of Broad St Plaza and outside dining at restaurants, with a music performances by The Bill and Casey Show. The full schedule is posted at www.redbank.org. Weekly updates are posted on RiverCenter’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.

“RiverCenter is excited for the return of StreetLife in addition to the opening of our outdoor plazas,” said Red Bank RiverCenter Executive Director, Laura Kirkpatrick. “Street life is just one more reason you should visit Red Bank this summer.”

Red Bank’s outdoor plazas were established to provide social distancing and responsible outdoor dining and shopping options in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines and the reopening of businesses.

This year the program will feature many favorite acts returning for multiple performances. Musical performances include vocalists, musicians, and performance artists who will entertain diners and downtown visitors every summer Saturday night.

RiverCenter is also working with the Monmouth County Arts Council, the Art Alliance of Monmouth County and local Red Bank galleries to come up with an inspiring schedule of visual artists. Be sure to watch our website and Facebook page for artist and music schedules.
