It’s going to be a night of wine and lite bites over at 26 West on the Navesink, as the restaurant will be hosting its Treana and Hope Family Wines Dinner on Wednesday, February 26.
Our customers love Treana Cabernet Sauvignon so much that 26 West is one of the top five sellers of the wine in all of New Jersey! To celebrate the wine, we will be hosting a dinner with its parent company, Hope Family Wines, highlighting the brand’s full line up of delicious Paso Robles juice!
The Hope family started their roots in Paso over 30 years ago as farmers, harvesting apples and grapes. Today they cultivate Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot Mourvedre, and Grenace in their vineyards and produce wines across five brands: Liberty School, Treana, Quest, Austin Hope, and Troublemaker. Regardless of the varieties planted or the brand you choose, the expression of Paso Robles is displayed in the glass with spice, licorice and berry in the nose, soft textures and silky tannins on the palate.
Each guest’s ticket will include up to 9 Wines and 5 Food Courses, as well as an experience led by Brand Representatives. Each ticket includes Tax & Gratuity.
The Evening will be as Follows:
Welcome Toast: Treana 2017 Chardonnay or Cabernet Sauvignon
Appetizer: Liberty School Cabernet with a Peanut Butter Foie Gras Mousse
Salad: Austin Hope Cabernet with a Poached Pear, Cinnamon, Clove, and Arugula Salad with Slightly Melted Feta Cheese Crumbles
Pasta: Treana Red and Scallop Fra Diavolo
Entree: Two Wines! Quest Red Blend and Treana Blanc served with Family Style Dry Aged Tomahawks and Lobster Bacon Mac and Cheese
Dessert: Austin Hope Syrah with a Blood Orange and Chocolate Budino
Bring your appetites, this will be a night of food and wine that you won’t want to miss!
