Triumph Brewing Company continues to be a big draw over on the west side of Red Bank, situated right across from The Galleria on 1 Bridge Avenue. Despite the upcoming end of summer, it’s a destination worth revisiting over and over again.
Yes, most of the reason to come check it out is because of the various types of beers that are brewed on premise. But you really can’t count out the food and ambiance of the place. It’s hip and modern with the decor, only to be matched by the culinary creations!
For this latest visit, we checked out the following menu items below.
- Black Lager – A light, crisp, black German lager with subtle roasted notes. 5.1%
- Hefeweizen – Made from a 50% wheat mash and fermented with a special strain of yeast, its complex flavor, with notes of clove and banana, is unique in the world of beer. 5.5%
- John Daly ($11) – Crop Meyer Lemon Organic vodka, lavender syrup, honey syrup, lemon juice, iced tea, lemon wheel
- Corn Fritter ($11) – cheddar, cilantro, fresno chile jam
- Watermelon Salad ($13) – feta cheese, togarashi, mizuna, sunflower seeds, watermelon vinaigrette
- Maine Whitewater Mussels ($18) – thai red curry or belgian witbier, fries
- Lemon Meringue Tart ($9) – Meyer lemon curd, vanilla meringue, and a sugar dough crust
