It’s been quite a while since we stopped by B2 Bistro + Bar over on the west side of Red Bank for brunch. But considering that they recently started offering a brand-new brunch menu, one that features a $16 offering that includes 1 Brunch cocktail and 1 brunch entree, it definitely was worth a checking out!
For this brunch visit, we tried out the following items below from its brunch menu.
- Brunch Punch – rum/pineapple/oj/cran float
- The Sparkler – white port/fresh lemon/prosecco
- Steak & Eggs – 4oz chicken fried steak/biscuits/gravy
- Blueberry Stuffed French Toast Bread Pudding – maple/cream cheese/blueberry sauce
