Portraits can be tricky to draw or paint, which is why you should check out the “Heat in the Hat” drawing class by Asja Jung that’ll be held at the Artisan Collective in Red Bank on Wednesday, March 6th.
To draw a persons face is a lot of people’s dream – just start practicing! We use a bit of a trick here by adding a hat. Hats are so much more forgiving than faces. You will see some good results after our class and you will progress over time.
The main point is to have FUN!
There will be some hats, a mannequin head, and a real head on a real body to sit for you. Bring whatever you wish to draw, of course, extra hats or extra materials.
