It’s been a big draw the first two times, so it’s no surprise that Cringefest III will be happening on Tuesday, February 25, with the adult writers of Project Write Now sharing their most embarrassing stories in front of an audience at Red Tank Brewing.
Join us for our third annual CringeFest event!
What’s CringeFest III you ask? It’s when adult writers of Project Write Now share their most embarrassing or mortifying stories in front of a live audience (think the Moth meets My So-Called Life)!
Why would our writers do this? Not only for our enjoyment but also for a good cause. All proceeds from this event benefit our community outreach programs.
Some examples of topics from past performances include:
– A date gone wrong because of a wardrobe malfunction
– Reading from middle school diaries about an obsession with kissing
– What happens when an artist wants to make a mold of her nether regions
We will laugh and we might cry, but we will definitely cringe!
When: Tuesday, February 25, 7 p.m.
Where: Red Tank Brewing Company, 77 Monmouth Street, Red Bank
Cost: $35* (includes pizza and snacks; beer available for purchase)
