Come out to Asbury Park for a good cause with Headstands for Hunger on Sunday, November 3, where you can take part in some yoga — while also checking out some of the vendors that’ll be there and much more!

Join us for year seven!!
90 minute all levels yoga practice, *no headstand required,
with Monmouth counties best insructors.
Practice is by donation and ALL proceeds benefit both Fulfill and Monmouth County SPCA Pet Food Pantry.
This year the kids take the stage with youth musical guests,
instructors and speakers. vendors, panel discussion, photo booth
and more. Bring the whole family!!

Founded and developed by celebrity yoga instructor and community leader, Vanessa Van Noy, each year, Headstands for Hunger draws in hundreds of participants and yoga instructors who donate their time as well as thousands of pounds in food, while enjoying a day filled with yoga, fun and learning—all in the name of hunger relief. 

This year’s Headstands For Hunger event will honor children who are helping feed and form the future. Kids will be the stars with music, products, photos and more.

Headstands for Hunger welcomes all people and pets and will include a variety of vendors, live music, henna art, photo booth and a 90 minute all levels yoga practice. Headstands are always optional. 

The event will take place at Asbury Park’s Convention Hall Building located at 1300 Ocean Avenue from 9:00am until Noon. Participants are encouraged to bring $10 and ten pounds of non-perishable food items for people and pets as a suggested donation.

Headstands for Hunger will run from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and participants are encourage to bring $10 and ten pounds of non-perishable food for people and pets as a suggest donation to benefit Fulfill and the Monmouth County SPCA.
