Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Eatontown serves surf & turf dishes like no other [photos]

The Monmouth Mall in Eatontown has just about everything diners want. From a sprawling food court covering the gamut, to some outside venues like Shake Shack and Chili’s, you’re bound to find something. However, if you’re looking for a fine dining experience, then look no further than Firebirds Wood Fired Grill.

The restaurant is situated conveniently inside of the Monmouth Mall as well, offering entrances through the mall and even the exterior. When you enter from the outside though, you’re instantly in view of the bar area, which features tiered shelves that illuminated.

For this visit, we tried out the following menu items below.

• Chile Rubbed Delmonico – A tender Southwestern-accented favorite, choice of side.
• Sesame Encrusted Salmon – Ginger mustard aioli, fried spinach, choice of side.
• Double Black Diamond Martini – A masterful infusion of fresh pineapple and New Amsterdam Pineapple Vodka, garnished with a juicy pineapple slice.
• Allagash White

You’ll be impressed by the food there, so definitely plan on checking it out if you haven’t. Better yet, stop by its location for happy hour as well, which runs Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the bar and patio.
