The 3rd annual Strut Your Mutt dog show was a smashing hit among attendees, the pups, and vendors. Held on a beautiful Sunday afternoon on September 8, the event was a social blast that was organized by The Brodie Fund.
Puppers of all sizes and breeds were strutting their stuff, in the hopes of attracting the eyes of the judges who were judging for the various categories in the dog show. Coinciding with the fall edition of the Red Bank Street Fair, this year’s Strut Your Mutt didn’t disappoint with the turnout, which was held at The Boondocks Fishery right off the Navesink River in Red Bank!
Besides the dog show, there were also plenty of vendors and even a couple of dog rescues on hand at the event. The event was not only an event for the dogs strutting their stuff, but it’s always The Brodie Fund’s intention on bringing awareness to pet cancer. The Brodie Fund’s mission is to help raise money “to offer financial assistance, through grants, to families who have pets fighting cancer. No pet should face economic euthanasia in the fight of their lives because of the owner’s inability to pay.“
