Teach your child some useful and basic jiu-jitsu techniques with Garden State Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy’s upcoming parent and me classes every Saturday from September 7th to October 26th. And oh yeah, it’s free!
We will be hosting FREE Parent and Me classes for kids ages 4-7 every Saturday from September 7th – October 26th.
Class is 9:15am-10am and child can work with any one parent, family member, or guardian!
This class is 100% free and open to everyone!
We will be focusing on basic jiu-jitsu concepts, simple self defense techniques, and of course a few games to make sure kids and parents have a great time!
