Bend + Brews with Metta Yoga NJ at Bradley Brew Project on July 28

Put in some work, get rewarded with some beer! That’s exactly what you can expect with the Bends + Brews event that Metta Yoga NJ is hosting over at Bradley Brew Project in Bradley Beach on Sunday, July 28th.

Join us at the trendiest little brewery at the Jersey Shore…The Bradley Brew Project, for our Bend and Brews yoga and beer event!
This class provides a unique experience through the merging of music, movement, energey and ambiance creating a morning of creativity and freedom followed by a flight of brews of your choice.

All Metta Yoga classes are designed for yogis of all shapes and experience. Our classes are designed for all levels with the beginner in mind while offering more advanced options for those who like the challenge. We want every one to feel welcome with open arms and always have some sort of social gathering after yoga to stay and enjoy their yoga bliss. Our classes focus on the theme of spreading loving kindness (metta) by always beginning with a metta meditation and ending with a soul soothing savasana.

Apeiron Yoga Mats are available for rent at $7 a mat.

Pre-registration is highly encouraged, please arrive 20 min early for sign-in. Class begins promptly at 11:30
