10 fun & exciting events happening in-and-around the Jersey Shore in July 2019

The activity around the Jersey Shore is in full swing now that July is finally here. Beach days are constant, seeing that the weather during July is quite favorable for the season. Whether you’re a visitor from out of state, or a local that’s looking to pass by the time in the Jersey Shore, there are plenty of exciting things happening this month!

As for those major holidays, the only one comes early on with Independence Day on July 4th. Even though there’s only a single major holiday this month, there are several events happening regardless that are worth your consideration. Many of them are two-day events that happen over the weekend, which will give you even more time to consider.

Car show & oldies day

When: Sun, July 7, 11am – 5pm
Where: Monmouth Park, 175 Oceanport Ave, Oceanport, NJ
Description: Monmouth Park may be known for the variety of festivals they host during the summer, but for one day only, they’re going to be hosting a car show & oldies day featuring classic rides on Sunday, July 7th.


Surf & Turf Seafood Festival

When: Sat & Sun, July 13 & 14
Where: Monmouth Park, 175 Oceanport Ave, Oceanport, NJ
Description: Monmouth Park’s annual Surf & Turf Seafood Festival will be making its return on July 13th and 14th, featuring an assortment of fun, food, and activities for the family!


Freehold Township Day

When: Sat, July 13, 4pm – 11pm
Where: Michael J. Tighe Park, 65 Georgia Rd, Freehold, NJ
Description: Combining fun ride, food vendors, and even a car show, the upcoming Freehold Township Day is shaping up to be a big event on Saturday, July 13th.


“DOC” Holiday memorial car show

When: Sun, July 14, 10am – 3pm
Where: White Street Parking Lot, Red Bank, NJ
Description: The annual “DOC” Holiday car show in Red Bank will be featuring several classic cars when it returns on Sunday, July 14th.


Jersey Shore Fashion Show 2019

When: Wed, July 17, 6pm – 9pm
Where: Bar Anticipation, 703 16th Ave, Lake Como, NJ
Description: When fashion and networking collide, you get the upcoming Jersey Shore Fashion Show Event at Bar Anticipation with Jersey Shore Premiere on Wednesday, July 17th.


Red Bank Rocks

When: Fri, July 19, 6pm – 8pm
Where: Riverside Gardens Park, Red Bank, NJ
Description: Live music will be coming back to Riverside Gardens Park in Red Bank over the summer courtesy of Red Bank Rocks, which is happening for the second year in a row featuring live music starting on July 19th and running on every Friday until August 16th.


Atlantic Highlands Arts and Crafts Festival

When: Sat, July 20, 10am – 4pm
Where: 27 Prospect Cir, Atlantic Highlands, NJ
Description: Details are light at the moment, but you can at least circle down the date of July 20th for the Atlantic Highlands Arts and Crafts Festival.


VIVA Bradley Beach Latin Festival

When: Sat, July 20, 2pm – 5pm
Where: Bradley Beach, NJ
Description: Get ready to party at the VIVA Bradley Beach Latin Festival, which is going be held on Saturday, July 20th!


Monmouth County Fair 2019

When: Sat, July 27, 11am – 11pm
Where: East Freehold Showgrounds, 1500 Kozloski Rd, Freehold, NJ
Description; It’s been a constant in Monmouth County for a long time, so plan on checking out this year’s Monmouth County Fair, which is its 45th year, from July 24th to the 28th!


Red Bank Food & Wine Walk

When: Sun, July 21, 2pm – 5pm
Where: Red Bank, NJ
Description: Red Bank’s annual Food & Wine Walk is returning starting this summer and runs all the way through fall with four dates to experience it. Happening on the third Sunday of each month, it’s an opportunity to sample what Red Bank’s restaurants and eateries have to offer. Those dates are July 21, August 18, September 15, and October 20.
