Well, the weather fared well during yesterday’s annual Middletown South Food Truck Festival, an event organized by students that are part of FBLA in Middletown South High School. The annual event brought people out to check out some awesome food trucks, live music, activities, vendors, and much more – all while the weather was still cooperating!
We stopped by and interviewed a couple of the student organizers, which interestingly enough is in its 5th year, and of course to check out what this year’s group of food trucks had to offer attendees. The event also acted as a fundraiser, as most of the money collected by the students would go toward the Future Business Leaders of America club for scholarships for seniors who are graduating.
