Two River Theater’s upcoming Pride Night event will be held on Thursday, February 28th, over at West Elm in Red Bank.
Don’t be a drag, just be a queen! Join us for another Pride Night taking place at West Elm (right up the street from Two River Theater!). You will have the opportunity to catch up with old friends and meet some new ones while learning about the art of drag and enjoying appetizers from West Side Eatery. We are thrilled to bring back 2018 Pride Night stars Lady Celestina and R Hedd R Humm to guide us through the basics of Drag: from the history of the art form to performing with confidence. Joining them will be two other queens from their Asbury Park-based competition and drag mentoring program Fresh Face: E.LicksHer and Morrigan von Haunt. These two rising-star queens will share about their areas of expertise: hair and makeup. One lucky attendee will be chosen to serve as our model as we go through each step of becoming a Queen! Everybody say love!
This is a free event for all to attend, but you’ll need to register beforehand through the link below to guarantee yourself a spot for the event. It’ll be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM over at West Elm on 5 Bridge Avenue Space 5 in Red Bank, NJ.
Two River Theater has continually produced a diverse set of events that cover the gamut. Ranging from its usual theater productions, to local ones such as the annual block party it hosts during the summer.
