The Greater Long Branch Chamber of Commerce held its annual food tasting event, the Taste of Long Branch, over at Rooney’s Oceanfront Restaurant last night, January 28th. Boasting an array of delicacies, lite bites, and desserts from several local restaurants and eateries, the event also served to benefit the Kay Guadagno Memorial Fund.

The annual Taste of Long Branch was held on January 28, 2019 at Rooney’s Oceanfront Restaurant in Long Branch, NJ.

We stopped by to check out the event, which featured several amazing bites for attendees to sample. From comfort foods like mac & cheese, to seafood dishes like buttered poached lobster, there was no shortage of amazing creations from the chefs from all the respective restaurants listed below.

In addition, we interviewed Rooney’s Oceanfront general manager, Darrell Wordelmann, as well as one of the event’s organizer and former president of the Greater Long Branch Chamber of Commerce, Aaron Levine, who both talked about the event’s importance in not only bringing together the community, but also to benefit the Kay Guadagno Memorial Fund.

As always, don’t forget to check out all of our photos from the event below, as well as our video above that highlights all of the event’s festivities and interviews!
