With summer-like weather in-and-around the area, we’re beginning to see more and more seasonal places once again open its doors for business in Red Bank. One of the latest ones to do just that is Tspoon, a dessert shop that serves bubble tea, mochi, and ice cream.
Under new ownership, we recently stopped by and checked it out again. While you can always order any of its ice cream, Tspoon’s specialty is its array of bubble teas and mochi, which can be customized to your liking. For our latest visit, we tried out the cookies & cream and watermelon bubble teas – treats that are satisfying on really warm days!
