Buona Sera, it’s really tough to miss at the corner of Monmouth and Maple in Red Bank, NJ. The restaurant is a sprawling building that’s typically buzzing in the evenings, especially when events at the Count Basie Theatre are going on.
For our latest visit, we stopped by to check them out for happy hour. While the sit down experience is amazing on its own, complemented by the ambiance, happy hour can be enjoyed from the comforts of its many bars inside.
During this occasion, we kept it simple by ordering a couple of drinks to start things off, followed by a roasted butternut squash pizza that’s truly heavenly. It’s absolutely seasonal, but it’s one that hits you in all the right spots.
