You don’t need to be inside of Red Rock Tap + Grill to know that it’s a happening spot in Red Bank. Thanks to its outdoor seating area and rooftop, the buzz is instantly undeniable from afar.
For our latest visit, we tried out a couple of new menu items we haven’t checked out. A good cheeseburger can be satisfying, but as an appetizer menu item, Red Rock takes a slightly different approach with the comforts. Its bacon cheeseburger lollipops are served with risotto balls stuffed with ground sirloin, bacon, and mixed cheese.
As for the other dish we tried out, the grilled chicken sandwich, you get a grilled piece of chicken topped with roasted red peppers, arugula, mozzarella cheese, pesto, and balsamic glaze.
