Hosted by the My French Wine Club, there’s going to be a French Wine & Food Pairing event at O’Bistro Francais in Red Bank on Saturday, July 22nd.
At this pairing event, you’ll be treated to a French wine and food experience that’ll cover the gamut of French cuisine. From the French wine, to some of the bites, there’s plenty to experience. That’s because it’s a 4-course meal consisting of the following menu items below.
- Goat cheese and beets, arugula salad w/ raspberry vinaigrette
- Grilled Hanger Steak, gratin potatoes, French string beans and red wine sauce (or fish selection)
- Cheese platter w/ grapes, nuts
- Cantaloupe, honey dew, watermelon and lemon grass, ginger syrup
The cost for attending this pairing event is $47 a person, which you can reserve your seat by calling (732) 852-2705. It’ll be held from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
