Our coverage of opening night for “The Ballad of Little Jo” at Two River Theater

Opening night for Two River Theater’s production of “The Ballad of Little Jo” happened on Friday, June 10th, and we were there to check it out!

Set in the late 19th century, this production features an ensemble cast and musical talents that paint a convincing picture of life during the tail end of the 19th century. Without spoiling too much of the details, The Ballad of Little Jo represents the struggles of individuals facing stigmas in the US during that time period.

Two River Theater’s production will be running through June 25th, so we highly recommend picking up tickets at checking it out. After the showing we attended, Two River Theater was transformed to a western styled venue.
