Red Bank Pulse Spotlight: Antoinette Boulangerie

Red Bank is filled with all sorts of shops, restaurants, and boutiques, it’s just a bedrock full of culture. Most places actually follow a theme of some kind, which takes us to a bakery in town that doesn’t hold back from doing just that. In our latest spotlight feature, we take you into Antoinette Boulangerie, a French themed bakery that’s situated in a prime spot over on Monmouth Street.

Even before you set foot into this fully operational bakery, you get a sense of its charm from the outside with its unmistakable hanging sign – as well as the quaint, yet adorable benches situated outside. Once you enter the bakery, however, you’re instantly surrounded by that homestyle kitchen feeling, as many of the pastries, cookies, baked goods, custom cakes, and much more, are on full display throughout the store.

And trust us, there’s also a meticulous amount of attention focused in the decor and ambiance. From the paintings on the wall, chandelier that’s overhead, miniature statues, and other ornaments, there’s a distinguishable French theme going on throughout the entire place. That’s just the charm in this place! If that’s not enough for you, they offer croissants, danishes, and baguettes to round out the French inspiration.

It’s the kind of place to treat yourself with a snack, or maybe even stop for an espresso while you read a quick chapter in a book. Best of all, there’s a ton of taste and love put into everything there – so you won’t be disappointed!
