After being away for quite some time the last couple of weeks, we’re glad to be back on our usual happy hour plans. For our Friday happy hour, we decided on checking out Birravino, a popular Italian restaurant that sits near the entrance of Red Bank as soon as you cross the Navesink.
This wasn’t our first time there, seeing that we’ve dined and celebrated a birthday there previously, but given that it’s been a while since our last visit, it made perfect sense to go there. One of the best parts about Birravino is its ambiance, which makes great use of the mood lighting throughout the restaurant.
We ended up seating at the bar, thinking that they’d have some sort of happy hour specials. First up on the last were cocktails, a simple Ketel one with club soda and a frozen rosé concoction that our bartender did a great job of creating. We won’t spoil what else we ended up having at Birravino, but we certainly enjoyed our time there. We’ll be updating our happy hour page soon with Birravino’s specials, so keep an eye out for that.
